Can't post, Can't Edit, Permissions, etc... Please use this thread

FWIW...AudioKarma started making me log in every time I started a new browser session even though I had clicked the "Stay logged in" checkbox.

I cleared my browser cache and tried again.

So far, so good

Grr, I'm forgetting how to set thread display length.
As in: 20 or 40 posts displaying per page etc.
Does not appear here where I'd expect it to:

Browsing Preferences
Options

20 posts per page is set by the Admins here, as far as I know it's not user-selectable.

Will not stay logged in on any device.
Having the same problem here, if I clear my cookies it works for a little while but eventually will log me out (usually the same day) and won't allow me to log in again (it will prompt for username/password but will stay logged out after I enter the info) until I clear cookies again.

Ok, finally I found the thread where this is being addressed. I am being kicked out when I hit like, quote, attempt to post, attempt to upload a file, check alerts, navigate between threads, pretty much anything. I have cleared cache, restarted my computer, restarted Safari, etc. I have made triple sure I am using https. More than triple sure. I usually use Chrome but it started being wonky here a few weeks ago, so went to Safari. Now Safari is completely wonked too. On my iPhone also. If you can help, please do. (and I got kicked out trying to hit post, posting this thread, came back to give you that information, and now am going back to re-log in and post this.)

Happening again. Logging me out if I try to do anything. I try different browsers, make sure I am using https, clear cache, Doesn't matter. Please help.

When did the Edit facility drop off as it's always been there "untimed" and now I find I can no longer make corrections to any of my posts as I have always done ?

Yes it was 30 days and now I dont know how long it is again.......... (I think what it was BEFORE it was 30 days)

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but is there any way to block the Gaming forum? It fills up most of the New Posts page whenever I check it.

Lots of times I am getting a notice that I need to sign in to do something, when I am already signed in. Tried to "edit" a post I made because of pushing a couple of wrong keys and could never do it. Kept going to I needed to be logged in. I was, but when I re-logged in and tried to "edit" it did the same thing over and over.

I am also having a log out storm again, with similar things going on. After several days of no problems. Weird. And frustrating.

Same here. Constantly needing to re-log in weather switching to different sections, commenting, or just liking. It's sporadic, sometimes continuously, sometimes every third ot for the time needing to log in again.
Thanks in advance figuring out what's up and and fixing it.

This has been my experience today:
browse to https://audokarma.org/forums/...
  • Oh, I have a message; click message... receive error "you must be logged in to do that..."
  • Log in and read message, click go send it
  • Receive error "you must be logged in to do that..."
and
  • click to Like a post, receive error "you must be logged in to do that.."
  • Log in and click Like
  • In same thread, click to quote a message, go down to insert quote and receive error "you must be logged in to do that..."
  • Log in and insert quote and type reply. Click More Options... to preview post and... you got it, I "must be logged in to do that..."
I haven't seen this behavior on a forum in well over a decade, maybe more, honestly. The http vs https thing keeps rearing it's head, too.
