Here's an easy interpretation of part of it:
Buying, selling or trading of ANY kind which includes FREE/giving away or for ANY other reason that you can think of does NOT belong on this forum.
You may post a give-away/free ad in the classifieds. You may post a wanted ad in the classifieds. You may post in Barter Town (if you are a subscriber). You may PM someone privately (this does NOT include posting that you have PM'd them because you have/want to sell/buy/trade something). There is NO legitimate reason to look for/offer a part or item ON the forum.
Persistence in trying to buy, sell, trade will lead to being given at a minimum time off from the forum.
If there is something that you don't understand about any of the above then PM me and I'll try to clear it up.
