thanks. this is the first set of 4 ohm speakers i will have. i have a pair of altec 83,s a pair of new klipsch r51m,s and a pair of bose 301 series v. maybe it is my 64 year old ears but i like the altec and bose better than the klipsch. to me they have a fuller sound.

the letters on sx 850 are WI the serial # on sx727 is held on with two phillips screws the serial # on the 850 looks like some kind of sticker so i am not messing with that one.

ok i pulled plate off the back of my sx727 the numbers i found are TF3731518 numbers under plate are obao773 under that number is 0035-a any thoughts?

he is saying they are 200 watt. how can you tell the A from the B?
