Thanks for the schematic and info! I will try to locate the fuse and check that...I didn't know there was a fuse as there is no reference to one in the troubleshooting section of the manual. funny thing...there about 1/2 a dozen troubleshooting questions in the manual when in reality there are...

The brick does not get warm. I just tried the volt meter again and it appears to be getting negative voltage. Is that possible? The meter won't hold on any particular number.

I have a Nakimichi Soundspace 5 that has suddenly stopped working...won't turn on. I'm thinking it's the power supply but want to be sure. It has a 5 prong adapter that attaches to the control unit. I checked and only 2 of the prongs are putting out voltage. Is it dead??? Any input would be helpful.
