So I change the location, and therefore different power outlet but also further away from the WiFi and router. It did reduce the noise but still slightly persist but I guess I can live with that. Thank you all for your suggestion!

Thanks for your reply! My input source is a bluetooth from Audioengine (model B1), plug-in with RCA. I tried to plug another source with RCA to Jack. The noise persists even with different input source. Also when there is no physical input source plugged-in. I will try different location...
