Thanks! I cut a piece of aluminium to size from an old piece of heatsink, and glued a couple of cut-off screws with epoxy. My girlfriend printed the logo kindly donated by Heller on her photo printer, and I used doubled-sided tape to stick it on.

There it is, in all its glory :cool:

Any format, really. Yes, the bird logo might be trickier to get clear, but at this point, anything decent-looking logo would be an improvement!

As far as I know, the design of that amp does not allow the use of a bulb in series. I had the same issue as yours and ended up taking the plunge by plugging it directly into the mains. Luckily, it worked fine. I think mine was an M50.

Have you removed the power transistors? Make sure none are shorted to the heat sink.
