Braved a blizzard today to go and get a Nak BX 300 today I found on Craigs list for $25. Not perfect but real good. Needs a new tire and knob cover, but sounds great. Much better than the NAD 6150c it will replace. Jim

Idler tire, that drives the reel plates. Later BX-300s are gear driven.

ooh, $-wise, ya got me beat. i paid $31 for my bx-300 18 months ago. plus ~$3 for a new tire.

listening to it right now, runs and sounds like a champ!
