AN630U - is it possible to buy this IC chip today?

Is it possible to buy this IC chip today? I see several Asian suppliers "claim" they can sell AN630U, but I don't believe it. Anyone buy one?

With all that counterfeiting going on I wouldn't trust them either despite the AN630U isn't that rare. I never needed one but ElectroSpec (NJ) and Little Diode (UK) seem to have it in stock.

Old thread, but since it asks the question I was going to post thought I'd just do it here.

I have a Technics SL-1950 and I'd like a backup chip.

Anyone have any experience with buying these from Little Diode in the UK?
