Comment: I wrestled the most with the D's: Dion, Neil Diamond, Dire Straits, The Doors, Dawn, Bobby Darin, Deep Purple -- a lot of artists there I like. Couldn't think of an "X" artist, so I chose an extra V (Ventures). In the G's, the Grass Roots won a photo finish over Marvin Gaye and Lesley Gore. And it was Don Henley winning a coin flip with Heart in the H's. Under N, the teen idol got the nod over the 1910 Fruitgum Company and Olivia Newton-John. Finally, my "W" choice is the only one-hit wonder, but "Last Kiss" is an all-time fave over anything by any other W artist. This was fun!

Lotta cool stuff in there... I almost put Meat Beat down myself, and not often you hear of someone mention Caberet Voltaire

I was in an odd mood when I put that list together. Looks like it turned into a "bands I like that others look at me like I'm crazy when I listen to them" list, rather than a pure list of favorites.
