Your OP4 and my 300Z came with the same stylus, the S44E (clear gray-green), a 2x7 elliptical, so not entry level at all, but in fact the second-best elliptical, with a tapered cantilever. The lesser ones have "safety" wires (to sustain higher VTFs), straightsided cantilevers and higher effective moving mass.
There are aftermarket line-contact styli for not-very-scary money, and several more ellipticals as well. The 241 and 242 series pictured at TTN will all fit. [UPDATE: They may fit, but be aware that there are a few chances of a slight mismatch. For example, a NOS S44E stylus will sound bright/extra-sparkly way up top in an LTD 500 or 600 LAC or a 500 ID body because those bodies have ~half the inductance of most models you'll encounter. However, if we're talking aftermarket, all bets are off. Those could be voiced for either body inductance or something in between or even beyond.]
EDIT: Doug G.'s recommendation coming along in a couple of posts is a good one, with specs identical to the S44E. The trick now is finding these styli as NOS.
