These were a "double save". Not only did I get them from a recycle facility, they also came out of their dumpster. 
Missing passive radiators were replaced with some 10" Technics woofers. Used Infinity Qb woofers to replace the ESS woofers (which need a refoam). I've read that the original woofers weren't "all that" anyway.
Used miniwax mahogany gel stain, in an attempt to bring back the beat up cabinets (being thrown into a dumpster got the best of them).
How do they sound? Simply lovely....full, smooth, mid/low's with accurate crisp detailed highs.
