Fisher RS-1080....Small control knobs needed

Hey Gang,

Anyone out there know where I can find some "small control knobs" for a FISHER RS-1080??.....These "small, circular control knobs" were only included on the RS-1080 and RS-1060 models.

PM Fisher-Dave, he could probably let you know which knobs of other Fisher RS-'s are an exact match!

That is exactly correct, and finding these knobs is just about impossible as I bought both my 1060/1080 units missing these small knobs. Though I'd rather have these knobs on my units, I don't let it stop me from using them and the 1080 is my main unit with only 1 of the small knobs still there. Sound is all that matters to me.

About the only way to get a set is if a 1060/1080 pops up working or not, but even then, some show up missing one or more of them as well. Dunno how folks lose them.. I never lost a darn knob in my life, but'll probly never find the ones someone else couldn't manage to keep up with, sadly. I have a RS-1060 and 1080 both, and only 1 small knob to my name. :sigh:

What makes it so hard to find non original ones that'll fit is the fact the shafts for the six smaller knobs are short, meaning whatever knobs you may find that'll fit these smaller shafts must also reach behind the face plate.
