I agree wholeheartedly! I sent Greg my 2010 via Fedex from CT to Californy, and this is the first time I had delivery issues. Five days the box went back and forth in California before finally being delivered. Greg was cool, seems like he's used to it out there, but it was frustrating thinking how many times extra they handled that box!
