Help me decide between vintage NAD pre and new(ish) NAD pre

The C165BEE phono stage works just fine. I use it with my B&O MMC20CL cartridge and it's an excellent match. All the inputs are top notch as the amplifiers are essentially discrete op amps but at a higher voltage which gives them plenty of working room. This is especially good as my Sony CDP302 has a maximum output voltage of two volts which is a little unusual. The C165BEE is also a good match for my much modified NAD2200 amp so it should work well with the C275BEE amp.

NAD Preamplifier : I still have my vintage NAD 114, complete with user's documentation and service guide :

The only little regret that I have is that the volume is only manual : no motorized pot nor remote control unit... Well, it's not a drama for this performant and straightforward little preamp !
