How to connect speakers to a soundbar

I have an LG SL-10YG soundbar. It has no analog out for speakers - no surprise there. I would like to connect them directly to my Polk Audio RA11 speakers. Ideally I would like to modify the SB with a pair of analog RCA type connectors and a switch to switch them between the internal speakers and output. Does anyone have a clue as to how to do this?

Your $900.00 sound bar has all sorts of digital processing including Dolby Atmos to create the Surround Sound effect. Somehow I don't think it's going to be happy with your RA11's. Chris

That's funny! Actually I meant RTA 11. Yes my soundbar has a lot of features but there's still nothing like the old vintage three way including 12" woofers. I like the sound. What I'm really after is just a way to easily stream music from the internet to my speakers. Since Google came with that soundbar, it became very easy to just tell google what kind of music I want to hear. But, I guess modifying the soundbar would probably not be a good idea.

Here you go.

optional SPK8-S wireless surround speaker kit available

Admittedly this only adds rear surrounds, but it is what it is.

That's nice but that's not what I want. I want to stream music from the internet to my vintage Polk Audio RTA 11's.

to me, hacking that expensive sound bar doesn't sound like a good idea...

If that's not what you need, I'd get the device that can do what you need.
