Is it worth picking up a Marantz SR5002

I have an oportunity to pick up a Marantz SR5002. Is it a worthwhile move?

Is that 3-4 year old receiver that much better compared to my 3 -4 year old onkyo 605?

It depended on price and what I needed at that time.
I had found a vintage 4300 about 3 years ago for $250.
Two of the outputs failed and I still wanted four. Gave it to a neighbor. I still get to hear it.
Found a SR4600 for $150 and glad I did.
It's in the garage system and it kicks.
I somewhat wish the SR4600 had HDMI connections, but the garage doesn't have signal anyway. It's for DVDs and CDs.
