Long-time lurker, but first-time post.
In the mid-/late- 80's I got a pair of Jamo Cornet 70 floorstanding speakers.
The label on the back says:
Rated power: 90W
Music power: 120W
IEC (268-5): 40W
Impedence: 6 Ohm
I'm trying to find out other information about them - sensitivity etc etc so I can figure out if they would be suitable for use with vintage amps (Pioneer SX-525 or Sony STR-6055).
Spoke to Jamo and they told me to talk to UK Jamo representatives. UK representatives spoke to Jamo and were told they'd look into it.... I've chased, but there's nothing forthcoming.
Google turns up plenty of results about Cornet 70 III or Cornet 70 IV variations, but nothing about these (I guess mk 1) versions. Some old ebay listings show up, but they lack any technical info.
Anyone got any additional info about these speakers or can advise this noob of their suitability for use with vintage amps? I suspect they will be too hard for sub 30W vintage amps to drive, but I live in hope!
TIA
