Found this ad in a local classified paper mag, was wondering what you guys thought of this deal.
Do not really know too much about the Carver stuff , or the turntable, so I thought I would ask the Audio Karma brain trust.
" 1973 K horns upgraded to K3 horns in the 90's, Pair La Scala's circa 1993,
3 Carver TFM 550 Amps, Carver C5 preamp, Carver TX 11A tuner, Music Hall 5.1 Turntable with audio vector 10x5 cartridge, DBX 4bx Dynamic range expander."

"Package Deal will not split up $5000.00 OBO"
So what do you guys think? I would like to hear all comments and suggestions.
I would not be able to use all of this stuff , but with a couple of buddies I could possibly put some of this to use.
I just landed a pair of La Scala's and some Mitsubishi amp- pre stuff and I am really liking it so no real need to upgrade or change out.

Thanks for looking

Saw those. That guy had them for sale many years back but decided to hold onto them and restore them. It's Klipsch Heritage, if you are into that sort of thing. An acquired taste for sure. Reselling locally is almost impossible. Trust me, on big speakers I know. I have had my fair share of Heritage Klipsch. So if you don't like them, you might be stuck with them... for a while. Montana ya know..
