What!....No flux capacitor?...........

Actually looks pretty darn good. I remember my 78 Formula. Had the Pontiac 400 with just a mild cam in it. I was young and foolish, Burnt off a set of B.F.Goodrich off in one summer.

I miss that car.....:tears:

Does SummitRacing sell'em:D
I need to get some 14" Slicks maybe then I can get into the high 12's...My reaction times suck also...:dunno:

But what do you exspect for $325 .The 80 body trim is not my favorite so I stripped down a 1979 T/A parts car of all its trim, in particular the rear blackened out tail light assemblies and the T/A's "disco dash" with rally gage cluster..Both required a little rewiring to work properly in the 80 formula. Also stripped off all the WS6 suspension/handling parts from the 79T/A................................................ Dave

Can I ask what the # is for your cam? there are 3 streetmaster cams listed. Has any porting been done to the heads?

Lunati p/n 07701.---duration@.050 225degree ,gross duration is 275degree,lift .477,lobe sep.108 degrees. The vintage cast #16 heads are virgin with the exception of a good pocket porting.

Ok.... How tall a tire you plan on running? Just asking.

I have been doing the Pontiac thing for 33+ years. My quickest car was my 80 Grand Am that with a mild 455 ran 12.40's @108 My current 72 GTO has a 400/455 that is just now going back together for the second time. I still have my 72 Formula and the 86 2+2.

The closest dragstrip around here is a 1/8 mile track so I was thinking about running 14" MTT-3020 they are a 26"
tire .Current street tires are Hoosier radials P275/50-15.....can't get em to hook .
