I replaced the multi section electrolytics in my Fisher X-101-B with new units a couple of weeks ago. One of the caps I bought is a four section cap and I only needed to use three. I was checking to make sure the caps had bled down before doing some work on the amp. When I checked the unused section of the cap it had 150V on it. Is this normal? Wouldn't voltage there mean that the cap is leaking within itself and charging that unused/spare portion of the capacitor? :scratch2:
