Sx-1250 trim pots

VR1: 470 ohm multi offset: 652-3296P-1-501LF 25 turn
VR2: 470 ohm single bias: 652-3386H-1-501LF 1 turn

These seem to be what everyone's using on the power amp board and recommended by Mark the fixer. I used them in unit number one and now will replace the stock trimmers in #2.

Is there any reason NOT to use the 25 turn for the idle current/voltage POT?
The reason I ask is I sure liked the way that 25 turn POT worked.

you will be driven insane by a combination of settling time and cranking using a multi-turn pot for idle current.
