Yamaha CR-420 Help!!

Anybody relamped one of these ? Where are the lamps located? How many?

I opened up the case. Do the lamps go in the holes on the left and right of the tuning meter? Looks like someone cut the wires and removed them, if that is indeed where they go. Help anyone?
