Pioneer 8 Track for Rack mount match?

Probably a poor title but need to ask. Do any of the Pioneer silver face 8 tracks work well for a rack mount appearance (No wooden case or take the case off)? :scratch2:

Well, this is a tough one. From all that I could find, I like the possibilities for the H-R99K the best.

Thanks Doc. Its a stretch to put an 8 track in a rack setting. But its highly possible I'll end up with both a rack and non rack setups. Have to see how things go. Can always put an 8 track in a non rack system. This stuff sure is addictive, isn't it! :yes:

Thanks again, Doc. I think I'll hold off and watch for a 99K 8 track. Its really only needed so I have an example of Pioneer gear for each mode of music enjoyment. With both an SX-950 and Sa-9500, I could go rack or non rack with the eight track. And I'm really leaning toward putting it with the SX-950 (non rack). There is some 8 track out there, but limited for obvious reason. The 8 track site/club/forum is a good source for info also.

Gotta go do a little jury duty trick tomorrow so have to put stuff on hold for awhile.
