Yes Yes Yes The time has come that this should be started as lets face it the more sleazy the seller is the more he will try and cover his arse when you leave them a negative, funny how when I look at some sellers negs and I look at who left it some jerks just don't understand what the feedback system is all about. Funny thing is was reading about a seller who received two negs from newbies who he had refunded the total price for item plus shipping ya know why these jerks left negs cause the guys e-mails were slow, now I call that ridiculous boy I wonder what they'd do if they dealt with some of the sellers I've dealt with one guy I remember well I waited 10 weeks for item and I tried everything in my power to work it out I finally left a neg guess what he did and to boot I was out 12 bucks which I know isn't a lot of money but my point is of the 4 or 5 I’ve given in almost 3 yrs they all gave me a retaliatory and believe me they all deserved it time and space doesn't allow me to go into it further as I would. But yes count me in for starting THAT list.

I typed in the name of a lousy seller I had, and boom, the whole list of his negs. Would not have bought from him if I had used this.
I am emailing this to my pals who use the 'bay.

I got a seller right now with 3 whole damn sales telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. From the 1st email after the win i knew he was gonna be trouble !
The Dumb SOB is really pissing me off not to mention I know hes gonna F me..
Ironically he is in Texas where my last two ebay purchases came from that were totally misrepresented and I got totally screwed. Think this is gonna be strike three for me buying on epay.

Don't get yer hopes up
One of the first things I suggested as a new member here was to start an ebay related forum for exactly this reason (and others). It was roundly rejected by most of the moderators here.
Given the bandwidth this topic (ebay) consumes on this board, you'd think the idea would enjoy better support.

I would like to see a positive list as well. Who are the sellers that regularly have the kinds of things we buy that do a good job? Equipment, Cd's, vinyl, etc. :yes:
It would be more valuable than another list that says the same thing as the conclusions made if negative feedback is read and followed.

ebay really needs to do more to protect sellers and buyers. people dont read. dont follow the rules. i now know enough of ebay and paypal that i'm confident i could bid on and receive super expensive items and not pay a dime by reversing paypal payment with a bogus complaint. i get people trying to rip me off for ten bucks. not worth the time to sell there. i will continue to buy music from some favorite sellers (jonifan, eiselvis, oceanblues, mymusicfix, and 1centcd) but my sellin days are over. maybe we could have a great seller list.... offer "AK Approved Logo for a fee!" LOL we ARE ebays audio police.

Look up our already much-discussed buddy in Canada (the one whose eBay handle starts with "V"). It's...horrific! Absolutely horrific! And it's too bad because the guy usually has cool, hard-to-find stuff. I bought from him once (before he developed such a reputation) with no problem, but I won't risk it ever again.

Guess what, arrived with crushed faceplate and manual missing.
He packed a Tascam with newspaper and box was a joke. :bash:
Poor communication and pissy answers how to solve this.
It's a 4 hour drive from here, very tempted to bring this junk over to his house and knock on the door.

Now you know it's not all bad, guys...
...like my experience this evening. I came home, and there on the dining table was the book I had been expcecting, well packed, and not a corner dinged! With it was a bookmark and a nice card thanking me for making his eBay sale a success. Awesome!
Then there was the fellow who packed my DVD player with wads of newspaper - and it arrived perfect! The trick is to pack it TIGHT.
I've had bad experiences too, rather like life itself. It's OK, I'm over it, and they're still an asshole...

You know, what the "F" is wrong with these fricken morons. Is it THAT F-ing difficult to just be a decent fellow human being!!!! I'm going to say that well over 75% of the people on eBay are decent human beings, but that other 25% sure "F" it up for everybody else. I'm just sick of it, and with eBay kicking up their prices and not doing anything about the 25%, I've got just a few other things I want to sell, and then I think I'm done with those a-holes! All of em! :thumbsdn:
