Easy, Accurate Arm Height Adjustment?

I'm having regrets about selling a Technics SL-1800mkII. I'm thinking about acquiring a new table and want one with easy, accurate arm-height adjustment similar to the SL-1200-1800 turntables. What tables might I be looking at?
Thanks.

It's really about the arm rather than the table, though some do come with arms with easy and repeatable VTA adjustments. What sort of table would you like? Is there an arm that comes with it, or would you be selecting one of your own independent choice? Lots of questions to be answered.

Why not just get an SL-1200?

Right now I'm using a ProJect XPression and a Pioneer PL-610. I like both tables, but changing VTA when changing carts is not as easy and precise as I would like. I kept the PL-610 because it won in a head to head shoot-out with the SL-1800. So, I would like a turntable that plays (sounds) as good as these do, but with VTA adjustment similar to the Technics (or something better?). This is apt to be a long search, so I'm willing to listen to a lot of views on this issue.
Thanks.

You might consider the Sony PS-X50, 60, 65, 70, 75 series. Almost the sound of the Pioneer (IMO, at least) and it's got to be the easiest, fastest, on-the-fly VTA adjustment I've seen. The only negative is that the range of movement is not as gradual as on the Technics, nor is it marked in graduations, but I think it's still accurate enough to be repeatable. All the models are DD quartz. The X50 is semi-auto, 60 is auto, 70 is auto with separate auto and platter motors, 65 is auto with semi-biotracer arm, and 75 has the full biotracer arm. The last two can suffer from electronic failure, so just be aware of that.

Howard,
Thanks for the info. That's the kind of recommendation/comments I was looking for.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
