Yamaha CT-600 & CT-1010

Hi Audio Karma,

I currently have a CT-600 and was wondering if its really worth it to switch over to a CT-1010? I would like to know if there is a difference in sound? I know the CT-1010 is a five gang tuner, is that what will make all the difference ?

--- Also wondering what is the "Defeat" on my CA-600 so post to do? I hear a difference in sound, but what is it really doing ?

I have had both. The 600 is an very good tuner, the 1010 is in the top class for sound quality among the many tuners I have owned. Neither is tops for reception.
