Dug this outta the closet yesterday..
Same here. Bought a similar one for the boys on trips. That thing worked for 15 years or so. First lithium battery I'd seen. Played pretty good on a TV set too. Finally scrapped it when the hinge broke on the lid.- tom3

Sansui 3000a updated as per service bulletin?
I was fooling around with mine a while back and checked the voltage drop across the fuses, there was some actually. Pulled them out and cleaned up the ends and brackets. Might equal the SQ of $100 speaker wires? Those are really good receivers!- tom3
