Likely. It's really quite good and not what I expected. It veers into Latin Mambo/Samba and Soul Jazz vibes enough to make me wonder if Sonny Rossi isn't this fellow;

The Accordionist seems more in tune with Jimmy Smith or Big John Patton than a gig at Oktoberfest or a Sanremo coffee shop.

Years ago I picked up a large crate of open-reels from a radio station and many turned out to be lost recordings from various jazz venues during the late 50's & 60's and were dated as such. All were marked AMPEX 300/350 so I'm assuming this was the recorder and the few remaining tapes I have are now my benchmarks. They sound awesome.
