What is the voltage at R609 and R610?
Also check voltage each side of R613 (one side should be -14v if 609 and 610 are at 0v)

Hello and thanks for your reply R609 is at -58.7 v R610 is 0v and R613 is 0v voltages are the same for both sides of each resistor i would like to include that i reflowed all solder joints thinking that was the issue

L ch has a collector-emitter short (or it blockslid) I'd put in a new 3206A

Ok Thank you is ebay my only purchasing option? encompass parts say that SVI3206D is a replacement part is this correct? and if so is it a better version? i am also curious will this units preamp still work if i want to use it for just that? although i would rather it all work I am also a Technics fan i currently use a SU-G91 i repaired and another non working SU-G91 will be delivered to me tomorrow :)
