The voltages you quote wouldn't keep it in protection. Where are you taking the measurements?

OK, what you're measuring is the bias. Should be 13mV. Right channel is low, no problem. But the left channel at 330mV is sky high.

You need a dim bulb tester, with a large wattage bulb. That kind of bias for any length out time will smoke your outputs!

Once on a DBT, check from one of the bias test points to ground. This will yield your DC offset, and point you in the right direction.

where do I put my dmm when adjusting the bias. When attached to the test point on the amp boards themselves the bias will not adjust. So im wondering if I’m supposed to put the dmm somewhere else to adjust
