Hi Beej. Just sent you an email. Thanks so much. My goal is to get the PL-7 up and running so I can use IT while I get my PL-530 recapped etc. and back in "rotation". The PL-7 reminds me of a Technics I had worked on. Is it a close CEC cousin of the Technics SL-33 or ??

Okay I got my PL-7 working well except occasionally the motor won't start. it is random and even after doing the Beej reset process it won't start and then finally it will and all is fine again?? I did notice that the driver lever inside the start button mechanism has a deteriorated foam sleeve. Is that the issue??
