Your best references are probably the NAD 3080 manual and the following restoration article - the bias current is likely to be similar, although that's very unlikely to correct any channel volume imbalance, upgrading the vol. pot (as discussed in the article) is probably the answer to that.
Note - any mistakes when adjusting bias, even the slightest, can be 'terminal' for your outputs, drivers, etc....
