Tuner board G9000 F-2719

Kale

Super Member
I need a picture of tuner board for Sansui receiver G9000, but only F-2719, not F-2920. I have a NOS tuner board which is F-2719, and tuner board in my G901DB is F2920, so I wish to replace those two boards, but they are different in some parts, so I wish to see how is connected that old model F2719.
Please can you take a picture from the both sides (side of element and bottom side)
Thank you so much in advance!
Regards!

Hi Kale. Here are 2 top pics of my G-9000 / F-2719 board. If you need a high res picture send me a pm with your e mail address. Not sure I could get a good bottom picture with all the switches in the way. Maybe some one can help you with the bottom pics. Sorry it took so long. This g was parked deep in the collection. Later Rick

Thank you Casy, but it is not simple to do that, because you should disconnect the receiver, open the case, and I know that is a big job, especially if you have more components located on the top of receiver.

Wow, Jonny, during I was writing answer to Casey, you post a message with pictures. I will send you PM, because yes, I need higher resolution of those pictures. Thank you so much for yours time!!:thmbsp:
But If someone have picture of bottom side of the same board, that would be great. Again, I know that is not simple, because you should turn over the receiver, remove bottom plate to take a picture, but maybe someone has that picture in his collection during some restoration or cleaning...

New boards for my G901DB

BTW, at attachment of that message, you can see all boards what I have for change in my G901, all those boards are NOS, and I already did recaping job on them (with Nichicon MUSE, and Elna).

Until I am waiting for some picture of bottom side of that tuner board, I have another question, on attachment you see those two marked positions, if they have some wire, please cold you someone tell me which color are they? I have schematic diagram for board 2719, the main difference between Service Manual schematic (F-2920) and that schematic for F2719 is around TR19 (muting) and resistor R513.

BTW, F2719 has stereo decoder HA1196 and F-2920 has stereo decoder uPC1173C.

Hi Kale,
I Sent you 2 high res pics (5 Meg total) You are correct about plucking out equipment that is being used. My freshly dialed in SR-626 TT was parked on top of the Big G. I'm getting ready to open the bottom. I will send you the pics so please move the other pics from your inbox. Later Rick
