I'm new here. Although my nick stems from Syd Barrett's song I'm rather classical and jazz music fan. I'm quite a fossil being 46 years of age and remembering the breakup of the Beatles. John Coltrane had played his famous Village Vanguard sessions when I was born. I live in Cracow, Poland and work in media business. I used to play piano in my youth and pianists (both classical and jazz) are in majority among my favourite musicians with Glenn Gould on the top of the list.
My gear is "analogue oriented" with dr.Feickert Analogue turntable equipped with Jelco S-shape 10" arm and Benz Micro Gold cartridge. The signal goes thru Lehmann Black Cube Statement phono pre-amp to Pathos Classic One MkIII hybrid integrated amp. Speakers are omnipolar Duevelle Bella Luna Diamante.
Digital part of my system consists of Philips DVP9000S universal player and Audionemesis DC-1 DAC. There are some cables too
