KLH 5 cap wiring question

Hopefully this is an easy one. I have a set of KLH 5's that I'm recapping. There is an odd brown cap, with two red wires and a black wire, listed as:

Red (2 x 4)
Black (Com)
(wires circled in green)

Do I wire two, 4 uF caps like option A (series?) with a shared common/ground? Or, do I wire like option B (parallel), with the two red wires splitting off and a shared common/ground?

Or is there some other option that I haven't listed that's correct? My gut tells me to go with option A but I'd love some input. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the feedback spkrdtr.

I'm a nervous Nelly though. Can anyone else confirm/deny that Option A is correct?

For more confirmation, look in the KLH 17 thread here. It used similar dual caps that were replaced with separates wired as in A.

FWIW I recapped my 17's as in A. Still need to seal the surrounds yet, and replace one rotted cab.

I reviewed my recap and checked the schematic and A is correct. As a double check, according to the schematic, the leg of one cap leads to the input, the joined legs lead to switch positions 6 & 7, and the remaining leg leads to switch position 12.
