Damage and I will host the 2nd annual gathering of Central Texas AKers at my house on Saturday, March 31. Kind of sketchy on any details at the moment but probably get started late morning and go through late afternoon. Thought I would go ahead and get the notice out and we can start working out details within the next few days.

Damage probably has a couple of pair of speakers for us to listen to and we'll round up a variety of gear.

Ya'll start chiming in with whether you can make it and what you may want to bring.

I shall have the big guns with me this year, not the 90,000 pairs of speakers I brought last year. If you are even close, it'll be worth it to come and see us.
 
I don't know if I can make it, or not (depends upon whether I'm needed at church on Palm Sunday), but I'll sure let my son-in-law in Kyle know!

He might bring some Heresy Industrial Porteds (what the Heresy should have been).

Yahoo, Ill be there. looking forward to it, I had such a great time last year.

Now what to bring,, umm,,,,Cornwall are just to darn lg. for my old back. The little Conrad tube pre is great for taming those giant 70's receivers. See ever one thre - How about you Mr. brown??

And I should have my pair of Frazier Mark IV back in stock form by then. One of them had a Radio Shack horn in it when I got it. Still sounds pretty nice but just won a pair of horns for it.

Here's the link to the auction for those horns. Actually thought I would probably have to find an orphan with that horn but jumped on this when it came up. Measurements and appearance seem to be correct although they came from another model.

In my carport shed waiting for a taker. They were supposed to go to my church, but the Youth Director turned 'em down.

I tried to get the Board of Property to put them in the gym, but they are dragging their feet.

They are ugly (to some), but to HEAR them! They are lightyears better than the JBL S99s I picked up last week.

I wish I had my studio again, as they would be wonderful in that old industrial environment.
 
Saw that auction and thought they looked pretty strange. Would definitely like to hear them.
