H.H Scott LT-110 FM tuner

Tube Radio

Super Member
I have this tuner with the LK-72A amp http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?p=1827453#post1827453. I replaced the tubes and all paper caps. I am planning on replacing all the resistors as well. The tuner works great off a simple wire antenna. I do not plan on replacing the ceramic disc caps or mica caps since they are good and since some of them are temperature compensated. Even though this tuner has no AFC it stays rock solid on frequency.

The LT-110 and it is very nice sounding. I believe the LT-110 was the build it yourself kit version of the 350 tuner. Do you have the "chocolate" or brown face?

nice , you got the newer version.i myself still have the chocolate faced version.nice sounding tuners indeed:thmbsp:

What antenna do you use with yours? I like how well this tuner can separate two adjacent stations. I intend to replace the resistors in the tuner soon. I am not going to adjust the MPX section since I haven't the proper equipment to do so.
