Scored a Sansui 9090DB in mint condition with original owners manual & sales brochure. With it he had a Akai 730D Cassette deck in the same condition with original owners manual and sales brochure. These units look like they have hardly been touched. ALL the lamps work perfectly with barely a speck of dust inside the cases!! Just needs a little Deoxit on the controls. The icing on the cake were about 32 - GREAT 1960's rock albums. He said he wasn't into the music as much as he loved album covers and kept them in pristine condition. Cheers, Bob

Thanks, I have them connected to my Electroice Regency III's right now and sounds great, although I'm keeping my eye out for a tube amp for them. I also have a pair of Klipsch Forte's and a pair of ESS Heil AMT 1's that I will try soon. Bob

P.S. . . . I couldn't fit all of the other LP's in the picture but have Weather Report, The Turtles, Pink Floyd, Manfred Mann, more Doors, Stones, Steppenwolf and more!

Nice. Axis Bold as Love is a great album. Lent mine out 30 years ago and haven't seen it since.

That's my favorite Jimi album. I used to have the LP too and have been waiting one to come along and this one is spotless, Bob

It even has the original plastic hanging tag ON THE Dolby Knob reading "Set this switch at OFF, when not using Dolby NR". As well as all the warranty, schematic and service location flyers as well, Bob

Thanks SD!! The EV's sound nice. The receiver sounds very clear and the cymbals very crisp. Very little coloration haven't sat down for any real listening sessions yet, CB

I wonder how these would work with the Sansui? They need some work.
