Improving Silence
Hello everyone,
In preparation for a move I've been going through the storage unit, and found these two sets of speakers.
The Technics SB-2200 were inherited from a friend's family who was moving house at the time, and I used to use them as backs in my first ever surround sound setup, spurred on by these giant brown boxes. I quite liked them - not to mention they look fantastic, but I'm not sure it's worth spending the extra money on them to ship them internationally for the move, or whether they're better to give away to someone who'll hopefully catch the audio bug?
In short, are they something special?
The B&O Beovox 800s were my parents, and I believe they have been in the family since new. They look fairly ordinary, and the only memories I've had are listening to them as a little kid, so I have no real knowledge of quality. Again, in short, are they something special or more give away/throw away speakers?
