    Can you make a counterweight to turn a 9 inch tonearm into a 12 inch?

    I’m trying to make a mission 774 into a 12 inch tonearm and have found a wand for one. I’m a little intimidated by creating a counterweight for it and was wondering if anyone would have any ideas on how to proceed. Is there an equation I have to follow to come up with the ideal counterweight...
