    Combine two mics into one mono channel?

    I am trying to connect 2 Rode Video Micro microphones to my laptop. My laptop does not appear to have the ability to record a 2 channel mic input. I have a 2 mono to 1 stereo combiner but only one mic can record on my laptop. I have same problem when I try to connect two mics to my iphone...
