    Hi, I'm currently working on a Bogen RP60. - All tubes test OK - All PSU caps have been replaced Yet, the amp suffers heavy distortion, and I'm not certain where to look from here. One thing I noticed is that when I turn it off, It starts to sound good while the caps are draining. Ideas...
