    Chelsea 312 loudspeakers?

I recently spotted a listing for a pair of three-way Chelsea 312 loudspeakers. They have a 12" woofer, definitely look vintage, but I can't find any information on these speakers, or even Chelsea, elsewhere on the internet. The seller's asking $40. Does anyone have any information or experience...
