    Pioneer CT-F 1250 Reel motor fails to take up tape

    Looking for some clarification on the health of the reel motor. The capstan motor runs fine. After replacement of the 3 belts and idler rubber, the deck will FF and REW, but when play is attempted, the take up spindle fails to turn.
