meters don't move

    Pioneer RT-707 reel to reel no sound input, output or meters

    I rebuilt the power supply already and the meter don't move. It has no input or output sound. The reels turn in reverse, play and fast forward in both directions, The lights on the meters work. No fuse board! Just wired from the factory without one. So it can not be a fuse. Can someone tell me...
