    Need schematic for very early McIntosh MR71

    Been working on unit serial number 10B22 for longer than I'd care to admit. I've found several differences from the service manual schematic and parts list with this tuner. Can anyone point me to a source of early technical data for the MR71? Thanks.

    Mcintosh Mr-71-Speaker recommendations

    Hello, I just picked-up a Macintosh Mr-71, and would like to know if I could get some opinions on speaker specs to look for as I shop for a pair for the 71, I know that speaker sound is really subjective, however if I can get some guidelines for sensitivity, etc that would really be appreciated...
