    Made during the takeover by Phillips, the MR 235 is actually a re-badged Model 1530. From what I understand, this is an original Marantz Design but has a Phillips era faceplate on it. It still has that classic Marantz Sound and Looks. At 35 WPC, these can still be found for inexpensive prices.
