    Marantz PM550DC DC Offset voltage fluctutuation

    Hi all I have a Marantz pm520dc and when I check the dc offset from power on its around 28mV for both channels but after 30 mins it slowly fluctuates down to -7mV is this normal for the voltage to fluctuate?
