    Solid state amps all sound the same?

    I never believed all SS amps sounded the same, after all I compared the amp section in my receiver vs that of a separ!ate amp and the difference was night and day. Over the years I've acquired a few "mid-fi" amps and those all sounded the same with both my PSB IMage t6s and my Paradigm studio 20...
