    Sonicap Capacitor Cost

    Why have Sonicap capacitors gone up in price? I'm not talking double, but about 5x the cost of what they used to be a couple of years ago. Just puzzled by the price increase. Is there any places other thank sonicaft, they can be purchased from?

    Recapped Tannoy crossover, a bit of static

    I just recapped one of my Tannoy Gold crossovers with Sonicap Gen 1's. Immediately it sounded great, noticeably clearer and better- but I am bothered by a bit of static here and there, especially in musical passages with prominent bass. Is this static a symptom of a not-yet-broken-in cap, or...
